must also embrace this new internet age. The need to control
their lighting, at will, from afar and to suit their environment is a
must have feature. Temperature, color, dimming, activity sensors
and timing controls are the norm. Programmable soloutions for
energy saving, interactivity between multiple light points or
installations are becomming standard. Security options with
camera vision, live video and recording are no longer a futuristic
dream as LUTEC products can perform all of the above.
Whilst it is true. LUTEC is a young brand, it is built on a strong
manufacturing background ( 40 years of experience) and a solid
reputation of technological expertise. Manufacturing involves
imagination and eciency.
Why Lutec decided to establish a brand?
The brand gives us a needed visibility. The brand allows them to
anticipate the market, to make their own choices related to trends
and to make developments such as Lutec perceive them through
their partners in different countries. Connected by lighting
underlines their intention to develop products in accordance with
the final consumers, through all Lutec network and distribution
channels. Having become a major player in the lighting field, their
main objective is to consolidate their through creativity, Lutec
designs evolve and involve the highest level of quality and services.
The LUTEC centre is in their HQ in Yuyao and located on their
production site, it is an International meeting venue where
new concepts, innovation & strategies are studied then
created and shared, with their partners.

The beginnings of a lighting company
Originally set up as a national aluminium die-cast factory, they gained their first experience of outdoor lighting by producing bulkhead lights & classical garden lanterns. Lutec quality standards have always met international standards and the first export shipment was made in 1996. The new factory in Yuyao became operational in 2001, concentrating on modern garden & professional lighting
resulting from a booming international demand. From 2009 a close collaboration with the Design(Pool) had two objectives; to create a stronger oer for the ODM market and to develop a platform for their own brand of lighting. LUTEC was launched in 2010, focusing on architectural LED lighting and the introduction Solar Energy Products. The success of the company resulted in the opening of a second production facility in 2012, fully devoted to future developments in design and new technologies.
