This Crystal Elegance LED Chandelier is a timeless piece that adds a perfect dash of modern décor to any home. Finesse Decor's chandelier features three rectangles that can be adjusted to your liking, allowing you to create the perfect décor to feature in your dining room.

This Finesse Decor piece is made from a high-end crystal and chrome metal finish. Each of the three rectangles has an LED strip encased by crystals. The crystals are on both the inside and the outside of the rectangle, giving it a luxurious and glamorous look. When this piece is lit it emits the beautiful reflection of the crystals. 

This fixture comes with a rectangular canopy. The fixture also has adjustable wires so that you can shorten or lengthen the measurement according to your needs, since each wire is independently adjustable, you can use this fixture in a sloped ceiling by having a shorter wire and a longer one.  All rectangles are independent from each other, thus allowing you to create a unique chandelier to fit your space perfectly. You can crisscross them, slant them, or put one on top of the other. Their exact measurements are:

 The chandelier is made with a durable and dimmable LED strip that is built to last 30,000 hours of use. This is the equivalent of having it on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for over 3 years. In most households, this chandelier will last for over 10 years. Once the LED dies, it can also be replaced by an electrician.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Finesse Decor warrants that its products shall be free of any defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship. Finesse Decor shall promptly correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its option, without charge. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the original purchase order number or order confirmation email. The purchase order number serves as proof of purchase and must be retained. Finesse Decor will not offer any warranty service without this number. Finesse Decor warranty claims must also be presented with supporting documents, images or videos, and failure to comply with this process will result in an incomplete and/or denied claim.

Finesse Decor warrants products sold (and related parts) against defects in materials or workmanship from the original ship date, accordingly by product category:

• LED Light Fixtures & Bulbs: 3-year manufacturer warranty - repair or replacement (LED Edison bulbs, E26, G9, G4, ceiling lights, wall lights, and lamps).
• Integrated LED Fixtures: 5-year manufacturer warranty - repair or replacement (LED strips and integrated LED lights).
• Accessories: 30-day manufacturer warranty - repair or replace (Home décor items, light parts that are not electrical in nature such as shades, globes, crystals, and other lighting decorative accents).

During this period, Finesse Decor will repair or replace defective products or parts with new or reconditioned products or parts at Finesse Decor's discretion, without charge.

If the light is not functioning (not turning on, flashing, etc.) follow these steps:

• Check the bulbs if applicable.
• Check the power supply.
• Ensure that fixture is properly connected, and has not been altered and or tampered with.

If that does not resolve the issue, please submit a video showing the appropriate checks being done. Please don't forget to include the purchase order number.

A video must always include the following:     

• The item is being connected to the power source.
• The bulbs are being changed out if applicable.
• The item not turning on, flashing etc.
