Medallion Lighting does not assume liability or responsibility for any damage caused by the improper installation, shipping and handling, maintenance or use of the product.
Products that are proven defective during this time will be repaired or replaced at the option of Medallion Lighting. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal, repacking and reinstallation of the product for repairs or replacement.
The warranty covers the replacement or repairs of the product only and does not imply coverage for incurred freight expenses or loss of revenue while the product is out of service.
